TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL, OR EATING

VAPE PENS ARE AT EACH DRIVER'S DISCRETION TO ALLOW/DISALLOW. ASK MGMT IF YOUR ASSIGNED DRIVER ALLOWS VAPING. 

ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER

A $250 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE IF THERE IS ANY MESS THAT NEEDS PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE INCURRED WILLFULLY OR DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.

The driver reserves the right to end the ride at any time if they feel their passengers or their safety is in question, or if someone is being belligerent. If the driver has to do this, you will be billed for the FULL AMOUNT of your reservation.

Rides are subject to video and audio recording by dash cam for everyone's safety. Recordings are on a 24 hour loop and, unless a safety-related incident occurs, are deleted after your ride is completed.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis with regards to the schedule.

Currently all reservations will require a valid debit or credit card to be kept on file for the confirmation and holding of the booking. Your card on file will not be billed until after your ride is completed. You are not required to use your card on file to pay for your final bill; you may use any form of payment we accept in order to pay your final bill.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Cancellations and/or Modifications to your reservation can be made for free up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to your pickup time. After 24 hours, a $50.00 Late Change Fee or $50.00 Cancellation Fee MAY BE charged to your card on file. It is the Management's discretion to charge or not charge a Cancellation Fee.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online and in the vehicle. We accept most any form of payment EXCEPT check or money order. We also accept Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. 

DTW Reservations

If your reservation is a trip TO or FROM DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport), there are FLAT RATES for every city within the ten (10) counties immediately surrounding Metro Detroit. Click HERE to view our current Flat Rate Price List. 

Please note there is a $10 Pickup Fee for PICKUPS ONLY from DTW. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for drop-offs at DTW.

Hourly Reservations

HOURLY bookings are billed at $75.00/hr for Black SUV, and $55/hr for Standard SUV. Our current hourly rates require a three (3) hour minimum booking. If you require a booking lasting longer than 8 hours, please be aware overtime rates begin after 8 hours. Any time billed after 8 hours will be $125.00 per hour for Black SUV, and $89/hr for Standard SUV, with a maximum 12 consecutive hours in one reservation.

Point-to-Point (Non-DTW) Reservations

Non-DTW reservations that do not require a driver to be waiting on site for the entire reservation are considered "Point to Point" bookings. These are billed by distance:

Black SUV:  $79 for first 10 miles+ $2.75 per mile after 10 miles + County fee

Standard SUV:  $69 for first 10 miles + $2.00 per mile after 10 miles + County fee

Point to Point reservations with a PICKUP location in the following counties will also incur an additional fee based on the pickup county:

Oakland & Wayne Counties: $0 Fee

Macomb County: $40.00 travel fee

St. Clair County: $60.00 travel fee

Livingston County: $40.00 travel fee

Lapeer County: $70.00 travel fee

Genesee County: $80.00 travel fee

Ingham County: $100.00 travel fee

Washtenaw County: $40.00

Monroe County: $60.00 travel fee

EARLY PICKUP

For any reservation with a pickup time between 12:00 Midnight - 5:00 AM EST, there is an additional $20 Early Pickup Fee.

EXTRA STOPS

There is an additional $20 charge for Extra Stops between your Pickup and Final Drop-off locations.  If management determines your stop is too far off-route or out of the way of your Final Destination, additional fees may apply. A good rule of thumb is, if the stop would be generally considered to be "on the way" to your Final Destination, there will not be any additional fees over and above the $20 Extra Stop Fee.

We do NOT charge per passenger, for additional passengers, or luggage.

There is a $10 fee EACH for child car seats. Please select the number and type of car seats required during checkout.

KMV Transportation LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items brought into the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to: Clothing, Purses/Bags, Wallets, Phones, Tablets, Luggage, or anything else left in the vehicle not covered in this agreement. 

SMS (Text Messaging) Terms of Service

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from KMV Transportation LLC. This includes SMS messages for Account Notifications and Verifications, Reservation Confirmations and Notifications, Driver Tracking URLs, Passenger Surveys, Marketing or Promotional material, and Driver & Passenger Communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Company, you may opt out of such communications by Clicking the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button in the email, or replying "STOP" to an SMS text message. 

The Company does not sell or share SMS opt-in consent with ANY third parties or affiliates for any reason.

If a client is booking transportation in a destination city through a KMV Transportation, LLC Affiliate, or locally through an Affiliate, the client hereby agrees to any Affiliate's rental agreement, terms and conditions, and privacy policy. KMV Transportation, LLC is not liable for any damages or loss caused by an Affiliate. If an Affiliate is booked on a reservation, copies of that Affiliate's contracts and policy documents will be attached to their booking confirmation email.
